Had an amazing getaway with friends! We enjoyed the Festive Banquet and a round of golf at a nearby club. The shuttle service was super convenient, and the staff was friendly. A great spot for group events with plenty of attractions nearby.

wow the family room was big n spacious! we asked them to surprise a member of our party for her bday, n they totally nailed it! there was a banner, balloons, even towels shaped like her age! she was so excited, felt super special. the staff r huge part of why we loved it n we will definitely be back!

the food at the restaurant could be way better, n the shower pressure was pretty terrible.

I loved the large, comfortable room that made it a perfect spot to recharge after a long day of exploring, and the staff were quick and polite at check-in, ensuring everything started off well for my adventure. As a single traveler, I really appreciated how easy it was to reach the East Midlands Aeropark, which is just under 4 km away, perfect for a peaceful park stroll and some great photo opportunities.

Sound-proofing in the hotel is lacking. footsteps and conversations from adjacent rooms were clearly audible, risking sleep interruptions. Room types seem inconsistent. a double room was booked, but a twin was provided instead, with little explanation. The pillows were feather, posing a problem for those with allergies, and communication with Housekeeping was challenging due to language barriers, resulting in only one non-feather pillow being delivered.
